Lucy is the founder of the Harrison Network and an accredited professional executive coach, experienced facilitator and trainer.
She’s also author of best selling book ‘Soft Skills for Tough Jobs‘. When not working, she’s often playing out in the mountains with her family.
Nev is a facilitator, trainer and coach, helping people make change happen. He brings experience of leadership, mental health and diverse organisational cultures to the development of pragmatic solutions.
Nev loves to play the drums and get out in the fells – not usually at the same time.
Heather is our Employee and Customer Experience specialist, helping businesses improve their experiences and engagement to deliver better results.
Heather can also be found on the fells with partner, Mark, or navigating from the passenger seat of a rally car, blasting through the woods.
Martin’s extensive leadership experience in heavily regulated sectors, coupled with his passion for helping businesses focus on adding value for their customers, enables him to help bring a fresh perspective to complex problems.
Most weekends you’ll find him on a golf course desperately trying to lower his handicap.
After previously helping keep our courses organised, Kim now supports us with our newsletter and other marketing where we need it. She’s great at picking up the overspill.
Kim loves to act and sing, and you can often spot her on stage performing in local music and theatre events.
Zia is an executive facilitator and coach with over twenty years of experience across multiple sectors with global leaders. Zia has coached many senior leaders through career transitions.
She also loves walking both on the beaches and hills of her Scottish home.
Angela is a superstar financial whizz. She keeps us on the straight and narrow, handling our accounts, books, payroll for us. It’s a dark art and she does it so well, we’d not be here without her.
How she keeps an eye on our detail and maintain her growing family… we are in awe.
Rob’s extensive experience both in leadership development and commercial banking leadership gives him a unique perspective to support others to adapt and align to change in the world around them.
He’s also super competitive on the bowling green, so watch out!
Roz is passionate about learning through experience. Whether on the water, in a field or a classroom, she’s supported the development of countless teams and individuals.
You may find her on the crags and fells when she’s not leading others.
Adrienne has walked the talk. She’s been in the CEO seat of several large, complex organisations and brings this experience to support other CEOs and senior teams during their transformation.
She brings energy, drive and challenge to everything she does.
Murray has extensive senior leadership experience, especially at the Third Sector’s commercial edge, collaborating with national and local organisations to deliver success through people development.
Murray enjoys constructing oak structures or bravely juggling fire.
Martin specialises in workplace mindfulness, focusing on building resilience and performance in pressured environments. His thoughtful approach always brings fresh insights.
Martin still enjoys having outdoor adventures with his young family.
Elizabeth brings her unique blend of research and action to coaching. She helps people make practical changes to improve collaboration and creativity, driving innovation and performance.
She enjoys exploring the fells and lakes, especially on her bike.
