Improve Your Facilitation Skills

Join us on an exclusive Lake District retreat especially designed to improve your facilitation skills and presence. This two day retreat will be hosted by experienced facilitator Lucy Harrison, and will give you an opportunity to both learn from your peers and reflect on your own practice against frameworks such as the International Association of Facilitators core competencies.

Be introduced to new techniques such as NALED™ and explore the impact of our actions at different points along the facilitation journey.

Designed for existing facilitators with a minimum of two years’ experience.

Spend two days at the exclusive Villa Levens near Kendal where you can get away from it all and concentrate on your own practice. Invest in the power you have to help others solve their problems, work more efficiently and effectively, and to drive better decision making.
